Dear Visitor,
I practice tax and charity law at
Drache LLP and often represent charitable organizations, not for
profits, small businesses, and individuals in both tax litigation
and tax planning matters. People usually come to me after they have
been assessed or reassessed tax by the Canada Revenue Agency and
need representation to the Agency or at the Tax Court of Canada. I
can also help you in a variety of other matters such as with the
Agency's Voluntary Disclosure ("amnesty") program, tax planning, or
issues related to the taxation of charities.
I believe that a lawyer should provide more than
just dependable legal advice, your lawyer must also provide quality
client service. This means, giving you the best value for the work I
do for you even if it means discounting my fees. I also believe in
using my office and experience to provide my clients with access to
business advice, administrative services or other services which
help you succeed in all your endeavours, not just your legal
matters. I am committed to ensuring that each client receives
responsive, creative, solution oriented and cost-effective legal
services.
